Ghostface w/ Adrian Younge @ Mayan Los Angeles

Went to the 1st tour date for the Ghostface/Adrian Younge "12 Reasons to Die" 40 City Tour. 1st Stop was at the Mayan Theater in Downtown Los Angeles. The Adrian Younge Band is like Progressive Rock meets Soul Funk Band. They change/exchange instruments during songs etc, the Guitar Player grabs a flute (mid song) and kills it with the flute while still holding his guitar around his neck, Amazing Band I wish I knew about them earlier.... DJ/Producer GasLamp Killer blew my mind playing some Rare funk rock music from 1968-1972, he spun great obscure/expensive Funk/Prog/Psych Rock music for about an Hour and a Half. I'd been sleeping on him, although I was aware he was an up an coming great DJ/Producer in the LA Area. I didn't know that his knowledge of records was so extensive. Playing Scarce Funk Rock records from Turkey and Pricey Library Records from Italy. One of the best shows I've been to in a long time. Another great event by Mr. B+ and ArtDontSleep. They're always a step ahead of the game producing some legendary shows here in the LA Area.
