Marilyn Minter Opening Regen Projects LA

Marilyn Minter just opened her show at Regen Projects Los Angeles. She was very nice to sign the show poster for me in silver paint pen. I was blown away by her paintings as I've never seen any of them in person before. I had only seen her photos at art fairs. Show is a must see. Photos don't do them justice. It's humbling to view these massive paintings in person. So precise, so rich, so lush, so dramatic, so explosive, so perfect... I hope that she shows more work here really soon as these are the best/most impressive paintings I've seen in quite a while.
