2005-2010 Wavescapes

2009-10 styles (I now (after seeing some lush/rich floral acrylic paintings in Laguna a few years back) build up acrylic base coats and then come ontop with oil paint) This one is all acrylic right now. About 5 feet long on canvas. Painted from 2007 sketches.

I used to always do a pastel drawing/illustrations, then paint the image.

I still do, but usually start in prisma pencil or led pencil then go straight to canvas.

I'm now more into developing a background color scheme, then finding an image to marry up with it down the line.

This 24 x 36" Oil on Canvas Piece "Wavescape" 2005 was sold to a buyer at Central Florida Eurocars in Florida. Ocassionally I wonder where it ended up(house, or office, or for client or what).
