Press Off Style.

I call this style "Press Off" Cuz I tape the crap out of it then press it into a thick puddle of paint & let it dry for like 8-12 hours (then exacto-blade off the blue tape).
Wherever you see white - is where I applied the Blue 3M painters tape (I get that tape at the swapmeet too, for $20 for a Pack of 5-6 Rolls.)

Came from a "refuse to lose" mentality because I Did Not want to let this paint go to waste, it was on the floor of my artspace where I taped the floor off tight like a drum.

(got that from trashbag technique from working with my pops growing up - cuz when you stack laminate wood you have to tape off the table with Trashbags to not destroy the table. If you didn't tape off table w/trashbags or plastic you'd be chasing your ass with glue drying up on your table. Then you'd have to be chipping off glue with a chizel before you could do the next batch of parts- just to get back to a flat surface table. - In my fam it's an essential step to begin creating. Mainly making it so your clean up process isn't harder than it needs to be. You need to get your preperatory process tight so your clean up process isn't too labor intensive.)

Picking up paint (& breathing life back into paint) that is destined for the trash is a technique I always say is like the Indian using every part of the buffalo carcass (I think the movie"dances with wolves" taught me that). Cuz I refuse to let any "usable" materials go to waste. Also recently realized that refers to "going green" cuz that paint isn't going to end up in a landfill or in trash dump cuz I figured out how to use it through such an anal technique - like taping off everything in plastic.
